HomeKey+ is the Home Improvement Agency for people in the Cheshire West region. We put you at the centre of everything we do, to make sure that you’re able to live independently, safely and happily at home.
The service is delivered by ForHousing, a proud strategic partner to Cheshire West and Chester Council. ForHousing also deliver the housing management contract for 5,500 homes in the area and also the homeless support service through forfutures.
HomeKey+ is recognised by Foundations (the national body for home improvement agency (HIA) and handyperson services in England) as an accredited Home Improvement Agency (HIA) service.

Home Improvement Agencies
There are around 200 Home Improvement Agencies (HIAs) in England, covering over 80% of local authorities. All are not-for-profit organisations focused on supporting older, disabled people and those in low income households, to live independently, safely and comfortably. HIAs are dedicated to providing advice, information and support to access funding or to arrange essential repairs or improvements, or adaptations.
